    The first thing that comes to mind is how my dad reacts when I am nursing my baby. When I am at their house visiting, I go into their room so I am somewhere private. Two times my dad has needed to get something in the room and although I am covered up, he walks in with one hand covering his eyes and the other feeling around like a blind person until he gets what he needs and feels his way back to the door to walk out. It is so funny to see him like that! My sister and I will just crack up watching him!

    Kids say the "darndest" things... for class pictures, I wore an A-line skirt (I think that's what they're called - not very girly). A student of mine probably saw me in a skirt for the first time. His comment to his best friend - "Ms. Ruder's butt is the size of our fish tank... and her legs, well they're as dry as a the desert!" I had to leave the classroom, almost rolling in laughter. Glad I'm not self-concious!
